Terese Churchill, MS, CIH is EverGreen’s Principal –
Terese got her start in the EHS field as an OSHA Compliance Officer for the State of Vermont. She left government service for private industry, holding successively executive roles in EHS as Ben & Jerry’s Corporate Safety Manager, (dairy foods industry) the EHS Manager USA for Husky Injection Molding, (metalworking) and as the NE Regional EHS Manager for Ethan Allen Global, Inc. (wood products industry).
Terese holds bachelor degrees in Biochemistry and Agriculture from The Ohio State University, and a Masters in Environmental Health & Safety Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. She is Certified in the Comprehensive Practice of Industrial Hygiene through the American Board of Industrial Hygiene, and is a long standing member of both the American Industrial Hygiene Association and the American Society of Safety Engineers.
Through Terese’s efforts, EverGreen attained EPA Accredited Training Provider status, and she is an Authorized Outreach Trainer for OSHA General Industry and Construction 10-30 hour courses. Her combination of education, experience, and yankee ingenuity affords clients the best possible solutions for EHS risks.
Eric Brett, CSP, CHMM
Eric started his career with an environmental consulting company as the regional safety coordinator for a ten year period. From this position, he began the Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Manager for a large international industrial foundry / metal working corporation with facilities located throughout the United States and Mexico.
Eric is comfortable with EHS training and auditing for both compliance and best management practices in EHS. He is equally at home on the plant floor and in the main office developing and implementing EHS programs.
Eric is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Lowell with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. This allows EverGreen to provide employers with a common sense approach to melding environmental health and safety practices into the manufacturing floor.

Michelle is a Lyndon State College graduate in Environmental Science and a licensed Vermont Lead Inspector. She has been with EverGreen throughout her college years as an intern and has gained experience in Indoor Air Investigations and Environmental Site Assessment. Michelle manages the Barton, VT office.
